Step 2: Select Target Services
Choose which banking services to focus the survey on. The bot will ask customers about these specific services.

Personal loans, auto loans, and other lending products
Home loans and mortgage-related services
Business accounts and commercial banking services

How it works:
The system will match customer "Reason for Leaving" text against the keywords for each selected service. Only customers whose reasons contain these keywords will be called for the survey.

- Click "Start Campaign" to begin automated voice surveys
- The AI bot will call customers and discover their reasons for leaving
- Monitor progress and view transcripts in the Dashboard
