How it works:

The system will match customer "Reason for Leaving" text against the keywords for each selected service. Only customers whose reasons contain these keywords will be called for the survey.

  1. Upload Excel file with customer phone numbers and names
  2. Select which banking services to target (Credit Card, Personal Banking, etc.)
  3. Click "Start Campaign" to begin automated voice surveys
  4. The AI bot will call customers and discover their reasons for leaving
  5. Monitor progress and view transcripts in the Dashboard
